Terms of Service for PADI

Welcome to PADI!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Padi website and mobile application (collectively). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Account Creation

You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. User Content

You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or share on the Platform (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share User Content and that User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive;
• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
• transmits any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• impersonates another person or entity;
• interferes with the operation of the Platform.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any User Content that we deem to violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of PADI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Padi regarding your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective when they are posted on the Platform. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
